Description: The value of this object provides the Minor Low alarm value of the Optical Power Analog parameter. This value is a floating point number that is represented as an IEEE 32 bit number.
What is minorLowOptPower?
This holds the minor-low alarm threshold for the Optical Power parameter, in dBm, set less extreme than majorLowOptPower so it trips earlier as an early warning. Crossing it raises a minorLowAlarm in alarmStateOptPower, giving an admin a chance to investigate the laser transmitter's actual output optical power level drifting low before it reaches the major-low threshold.
