What is minorHighTecCurrent?
This holds the minor-high alarm threshold for the TEC Current parameter, in mA, set tighter than majorHighTecCurrent so it trips earlier as an early warning. Crossing it raises a minorHighAlarm in alarmStateTecCurrent, letting an admin notice the current drawn by the thermoelectric cooler that holds the laser diode at its target temperature drifting high before it reaches the more serious major-high threshold.
