What is minorHighOptPower?
This holds the minor-high alarm threshold for the Optical Power parameter, in dBm, set tighter than majorHighOptPower so it trips earlier as an early warning. Crossing it raises a minorHighAlarm in alarmStateOptPower, letting an admin notice the laser transmitter's actual output optical power level drifting high before it reaches the more serious major-high threshold.
