What is minValueTecCurrent?
This reports the minimum value the TEC Current parameter can physically achieve on this hardware, in mA. An admin uses this alongside maxValueTecCurrent to know the full valid range before setting a threshold or, where applicable, a control value for the current drawn by the thermoelectric cooler that holds the laser diode at its target temperature.
