What is maxValueOffsetNomCnt?
This reports the maximum value the Offset Control parameter can physically achieve on this hardware, in dB. An admin uses this alongside minValueOffsetNomCnt to know the full valid range for the adjustable counterpart to the Offset Monitor reading, letting an operator nudge that internal offset back toward nominal before configuring alarm thresholds or a control setting.
