What is maxValueLaserBias?
This reports the maximum value the Laser Bias parameter can physically achieve on this hardware, in mA. An admin uses this alongside minValueLaserBias to know the full valid range for the DC bias current driving the laser diode before configuring alarm thresholds or a control setting.
