Description: The timeout period in days for removing stale invalid entries from the Address Forwarding Table. A superaged entry is removed completely from the Address Forwarding Table, because it is assumed that the entry will never be relearned.
What is lanBlazer7000SwitchSuperAgingTime?
Sets the timeout, in days (1-30), after which an already-invalid (aged) MAC forwarding entry is permanently removed from the Address Forwarding Table, on the assumption it will never be relearned. This 'super-aging' cleanup keeps the forwarding table from accumulating stale entries for hosts that have been gone for a long time, e.g. decommissioned equipment.
