time will be ignored, if the upgrade is started with the
downloadAndImmediateSwitchover define of the tftpDownloadAction object.

What is tftpSwitchoverDateTime?

Sets the date and time for switching over to new system software downloaded via TFTP; this configured time is ignored if the upgrade instead uses tftpDownloadAction's downloadAndImmediateSwitchover option.
