What is oaMsa300PinAlarmTxAlarm?

This is a 3-byte bitmap of transmit-side alarms for this 300-pin MSA module, such as laser temperature alarm, laser power alarm, or loss of TxPLL lock; a value of zero means no alarm is active, and reading the register clears a latched alarm bit. Admins decode nonzero values to pinpoint which specific transmit fault occurred.
