What is mscAtmIfPnniServiceExchange?
Sets a network-operator-defined data service exchange value, 0-255, default 0, recorded in the accounting records generated for calls on a PNNI interface on a regular ATM interface. Like the accounting class attribute, its meaning is entirely up to the operator's own billing conventions and is simply stamped into the accounting record.
