For LGNs, the nodeAddress is the same as the nodeAddress of the node at the lowest level, with the selector field set to the level of the peer group containing the LGN.
What is mscARtgPnniCfgNodeNodeAddress?
Reports the ATM address this PNNI node is using at its configured hierarchy level -- for the lowest level, derived from the ARtgPnni component's node address prefix plus this node's level, and for LGNs, the lowest-level node address with the selector field set to the LGN's peer-group level.
