Description: This attribute counts the multicast packets this Vns component was expected to transmit, but had to discard. (For example, VNS packets may be discarded because there is no route to the given destination.) Packets counted here are not counted in multiTxPkts. The counter wraps around to zero when the maximum value is reached.
What is rtgVnsLpStatsMultiTxDiscPkts?
This is intended to count multicast packets this Vns component was expected to transmit but had to discard on a specific LP (logical processor), for example due to no route to the destination; the MIB marks this table's subtree as currently not implemented. An admin should not rely on this per-LP counter returning live data given the not-implemented status noted in the source MIB.
