What is rtgRsSetupPriority?
Sets the required priority (0 highest, 4 lowest) for establishing a path along the selected route, closely tied to the bumpingPriority result. Raise the priority (lower the number) for traffic that must be able to bump lower-priority paths to get bandwidth.
