What is rtgPorsRowStatus?
The RowStatus column controlling creation and deletion of a PORS (Path Optimized Route Selection) instance; unlike the read-only rtgRs components, these rows can be added and removed. Set it to createAndGo to provision PORS optimization on a new module.
