What is acUseridAllowedAccess?

This read-write 1-byte bitmask (bits local(0), telnet(1), fmip(2), ftp(3), default 0x80/local) restricts which network management interfaces this userid may log in through, letting an admin, for example, allow an account to use FTP for file transfers but block it from Telnet or FMIP login.
