Description: This attribute displays the number of packets which have retransmission time-outs. When this count is excessive, the network is very congested and packets have been discarded in the subnet.
What is traceSessionFrVcPktRetryTimeouts?
This read-only counter (0-5000) tracks packets that hit a retransmission timeout on this Vc; an excessive count indicates heavy network congestion with packets being discarded in the subnet. An admin treats a rising value the same way as frame-loss timeouts — as a sign of subnet congestion rather than a Vc-local fault.
