What is rtgDpnVarianceValue?
Sets the variance percentage allowed between the best path and a second, safe alternate path for a given class of service and metric range; 0 permits only equal-metric multipaths, while 9999 allows any safe alternate path regardless of its metric. An admin raises this to enable more aggressive load-sharing across unequal-cost paths for that COS and metric range.
