What is rtgDpnRidFilterExportRidListValue?
Adds a RID to the list of RIDs whose true reachability this filter will advertise to the instance RID; RIDs left out, including this node's own RID or RID 127 (NSS), are advertised to that instance RID as unreachable. By default all valid RIDs are advertised truthfully, so an admin populates this to control what routing information is exported toward a particular neighbor RID.
