Description: This attribute is associated with the Route Reflector. It indicates the router-id of the originator of a route in the local AS. When the Route Reflector distributes a learned IBGP route to other IBGP speakers, the value of this attribute in the learned route is used if one is present; othewise, the Route Reflector's router-id is used. A value of 0.0.0.0 indicates this Bgp instance is not a Route Reflector.
What is vrIpBgpOutdbAsOriginatorId?
The router-id used as the route's originator when a Route Reflector redistributes it: the originator id from the learned route if present, otherwise this Route Reflector's own router-id; 0.0.0.0 means this instance isn't a Route Reflector. Note: the vendor's own MIB text marks this entire vrIpBgpIndb/Localdb/Outdb subtree as "CURRENTLY NOT IMPLEMENTED," so on real hardware this object may not actually return data even though it's defined in the MIB.
