What is commonVarBindings?
The maximum number of variable bindings the NE can accept in a single incoming SNMP request, with 0 meaning no such limit is enforced, per the MIB's own description. Admins use this to size bulk SNMP requests, such as a large GetBulk, so they don't exceed what the NE can handle in one PDU.
