What is commonTrapAck?
Written by a management station to acknowledge that a specific alarm trap has been received, matched against the corresponding alarm log entry to stop further retransmission of that trap, per the MIB's own description. A network management system sets this after successfully processing an incoming alarm trap so the NE stops resending it.
