What is commonProvisionedReturnPowerLevel?
The NE's configured/provisioned return (upstream) transmit power level, in dBuV; when set, the actual power level is adjusted toward the nearest supported value, stored in non-volatile memory, per the MIB's own description. Admins set this to bring the NE's upstream transmit level into the range expected by the head-end receiver.
