What is commonAlarmDetectionControl?
Controls the NE's alarm detection behavior: detectionDisabled stops alarm monitoring entirely, detectionEnabled monitors normally, and detectionEnabledAndRegenerate additionally re-evaluates and re-logs alarm conditions that were already active when detection was turned on, defaulting to detectionEnabled, per the MIB's own description. Admins use detectionEnabledAndRegenerate after a maintenance window to refresh the alarm log with any conditions that persisted through the outage.
