What is commonACKTimeoutWindow?
The time, in milliseconds, the NE waits for a head-end acknowledgment before it considers a transmission timed out, defaulting to 19ms and stored in non-volatile memory, per the MIB's own description. Admins increase this on longer or noisier RF paths where acknowledgments naturally take longer to arrive.
