What is alarmLogInformation?

This object's DESCRIPTION text in the source file is corrupted and largely unreadable, though enough of its structure survives to show it's a packed binary record: several leading bytes appear to encode an alarm timestamp, followed by bytes for alarm type/severity and an object identifier, with the object's overall value representing one alarm's raw log data. Administrators wouldn't read this field as plain text but would rely on management software that knows how to parse the fixed-width binary layout described, however garbled, in the original MIB. For example, retrieving this object for a given alarmLogIndex would return a binary blob whose first few bytes decode to a timestamp marking when that particular alarm was raised.
