What is nncVSFaxRx?

This counter tracks the number of fax subframes the channel has received. It lets an admin confirm that fax-relay traffic, not just voice, is being carried and detected correctly on this channel. A sudden jump in fax-received subframes on a channel normally used only for voice could indicate a misconfigured or unexpected fax transmission.
