What is nncExtRptrModuleStatisticsMask?

This value is a 16-bit sum selecting which statistics the module should collect, with individual bits representing counters such as jabber protection, elastic buffer errors, phase lock errors, runt (pygmy) packet reception, partitions, bad links, and collisions. An admin sets specific bits on to enable tracking of the failure conditions they care about diagnosing on that module, without needing every counter running at once. For example, setting bit 6 (partition) and bit 7 (bad link) in the mask focuses statistics collection on link-stability issues on that module.
