This read-only value, 1-100 percent, reports the overall CPU busy percentage averaged over the last 1-minute period; the description notes it's deprecated in favor of nmspmCPUTotal1minRev, which uses a 0-100 range. Admins use it as a middle-ground CPU load indicator, smoothing out the noise of the 5-second reading while still reacting faster than the 5-minute average. A steadily elevated 1-minute value, even as the 5-second reading fluctuates, would tell an admin the device is under sustained, not just momentary, CPU pressure.
