What is nmsifthTemplateNotifyHoldDownTime?
Sets the minimum number of seconds between successive threshold-fired or threshold-cleared notifications for a given interface and template, used only when the hold-down type is holdDownTimer, defaulting to 5. An admin raises this value to reduce notification noise on a flapping metric.
