What is nmsIfQosPolicyDirection?
This object specifies whether a QoS policy applied to an interface governs incoming (ingress) or outgoing (egress) traffic on that interface. Administrators set this because ingress and egress QoS policies serve different purposes, such as ingress policing versus egress shaping, and this field indicates which one a given row's policy applies to. For example, setting this object to egress(2) would mean the associated QoS policy shapes traffic leaving that interface rather than traffic arriving on it.
