What is dot3adAggPortPartnerAdminSystemPriority?

This read-only value reports the administratively configured (manually set) system priority for this port's LACP protocol partner, used together with the partner's admin system ID, key, port, and port priority to achieve a manually configured aggregation. Admins set this when statically pairing a port with a specific far-end system rather than relying on dynamic LACP negotiation.
