This read-only value reports the state of the local (Actor) Churn Detection state machine for this port: noChurn if in the NO_ACTOR_CHURN or ACTOR_CHURN_MONITOR states, or churn if actively in the ACTOR_CHURN state. Admins watch for 'churn' here as a sign the local side is stuck oscillating and failing to converge on a stable LACP state.
