What is nmsflashStatus?

This object reports whether the flash memory subsystem is currently busy(1) or available(2). An admin checks this before initiating a flash operation like erase or file transfer, to avoid conflicting with an operation already in progress. For example, a value of busy(1) would tell the admin to wait before starting another flash write.
