Description: Occurance time of blocking.
What is timeOcr?
This TimeTicks value records the occurrence time of a blocking event captured in a row of the filter table, measured in hundredths of a second since some reference point such as device startup. An admin uses it to see exactly when a given device was blocked by the filter, helping correlate the block with other network events. For example, a timeOcr of 720000 (two hours of uptime) tells the admin the block was triggered two hours after the switch last rebooted.
