What is action?
This value reports whether the filter action for this table entry is currently off(0) or on(1), per the TypeOfAction enumeration. An admin checks it to confirm whether a given block/unblock rule is actively enforced on the device. For example, seeing action set to on(1) confirms that the associated IP/MAC filter entry is presently blocking traffic from that device.
