What is llidIfPIR?
A read-write integer setting the peak (upstream) bandwidth in kbit/s for this LLID; the valid range depends on the DBA mode - roughly 12144/cycle-size up to 1,000,000 kbit/s under modes 1-2, or 512 to 1,000,000 under modes 3-4 - letting an admin cap the maximum burst rate a subscriber's ONU can use.
