What is liidQosPolicyCreate?

This write object applies a QoS policy map to a specific LLID by encoding both the target LLID interface and the desired policy name together in one string, formatted like '07_q1' to apply policy 'q1' to LLID 7; the description notes a specific error code (3305) is returned if the operation fails. Administrators use this to assign or change a QoS policy for a specific subscriber's link in a single SNMP set operation. For example, setting this object to the string '12_gold' would apply a QoS policy map named 'gold' to the LLID with interface index 12.
