Description: The operational status of the card. nmscardOperStatus is up when a card is recognized by the device and is enabled for operation. nmscardOperStatus is down if the card is not recognized by the device, or if it is not enabled for operation. nmscardOperStatus is standby if the card is enabled and acting as a standby slave
What is nmscardOperStatus?
The operational status of this card: up(2) when recognized and enabled, down(3) when unrecognized or not enabled, standby(4) when acting as a standby slave, or not-specified(1). An admin watches for a card unexpectedly showing down(3) as the first sign of a hardware or seating problem.
