Description: Index into cardTable (not physical chassis slot number).
What is nmscardIndex?
A unique index number into the chassis card table, used purely to identify a row and distinct from the card's physical chassis slot number. An admin uses this alongside nmscardSlotNumber when a card's table position and its physical slot need to be told apart.
