What is agentTunnelStatus?
This RowStatus object controls creation and deletion of a tunnel entry, supporting active, createAndGo, and destroy values. An admin sets it to createAndGo to bring up a new IPv6 tunnel instance with the other configured parameters, or to destroy to remove an existing tunnel. Setting this object to destroy on an existing tunnel entry tears down that tunnel.
