What is nemoCapabilities?
A bitmap reporting which NEMO (Network Mobility) roles this device supports: mobileRouter(0) and/or homeAgentSupport(1); an admin reads this to confirm whether a router can act as a NEMO mobile router, home agent, or both before configuring mobility features.
