natv2InstanceThresholdPortMapEntriesHigh

Module: NATV2-MIB

OID (symbolic): NATV2-MIB::natv2InstanceThresholdPortMapEntriesHigh

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.2.1.234.2.1.1.21

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Integer32

Access: read-write

Description: Notification threshold for total number of port map entries held by this NAT instance. Whenever natv2InstancePortMapEntries is updated, if it equals or exceeds natv2InstanceThresholdPortMapEntriesHigh, then natv2NotificationInstancePortMapEntriesHigh may be triggered, unless the notification is disabled by setting the threshold to -1. Reporting is subject to the minimum

inter-notification interval given by natv2InstanceNotificationInterval. If multiple notifications are triggered during one interval, the agent MUST report only the one containing the highest value of natv2InstancePortMapEntries and discard the others.

What is natv2InstanceThresholdPortMapEntriesHigh?

A read-write notification threshold: once natv2InstancePortMapEntries reaches or exceeds this value, the agent may fire a high-usage notification for the instance's port-map table, disabled by setting it to -1.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.2.1.234.2.1.1.21
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> NATV2-MIB::natv2InstanceThresholdPortMapEntriesHigh

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.2.1.234.2.1.1.21.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> NATV2-MIB::natv2InstanceThresholdPortMapEntriesHigh.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.2.1.234.2.1.1.21.1 i <value>
