Description: The local time when the local clock was last updated. If the local clock has never been synchronized, the value is zero.
What is myntpSysRefTime?
This value reports the local time at which the local NTP clock was last updated, and reads as zero if the clock has never synchronized. An admin checks it to confirm the system's time source is actively updating rather than stale or never synced. For example, a value of zero would immediately tell an admin this device has never successfully synchronized to any NTP reference.
