This obsolete, read-write value (-1 to 255, default 0) is this interface's preference as a Candidate Rendezvous Point; a value of -1 means the interface is not offered as a Candidate RP at all, while higher numbers make it more likely to be chosen. Admins raise it on the router they want to prefer as the PIM-SM RP.
