Description: A control indicating whether a Telnet session will passively respond to negotiation of the Send Location option. When disabled and telnetPortSendLocation is disabled, we will refuse to negotiate this option. When telnetPortSendLocation is enabled, it takes precedence. Corresponds directly to the value labeled 'Passive Location' in the PORT TELNET CHARACTERISTICS display.
