What is activeState?
Shows the current internal state of an in-progress image-fetch dialog (idle, openPartner, receivePartner, writeFile, cleanup, error, etc.), matching 'Get State:' in the DEVICE STATUS display. It helps an admin pinpoint exactly which step of the boot sequence a hung dialog is stuck in.
