This object controls the creation and deletion of BGP neighbor entries within an MPLS VPN Virtual Routing and Forwarding (VRF) table. An operator uses it to add or remove BGP peer relationships for a customer VPN. Setting it to 'active' establishes the BGP session; 'destroy' removes it.
