mplsTunnelHopAddrUnnum

Module: MPLS-TE-STD-MIB

OID (symbolic): MPLS-TE-STD-MIB::mplsTunnelHopAddrUnnum

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.2.1.10.166.3.2.4.1.8

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: TeHopAddressUnnum

Access: read-create

Description: If mplsTunnelHopAddrType is set to unnum(4), then this value will contain the interface identifier of the unnumbered interface for this hop. This object should be used in conjunction with mplsTunnelHopIpAddress which would contain the LSR Router ID in this case. Otherwise the agent should set this object to zero-length string and the manager should ignore this.

What is mplsTunnelHopAddrUnnum?

The unnumbered interface identifier for this hop when mplsTunnelHopAddrType is set to unnum, used together with mplsTunnelHopIpAddr (which holds the LSR Router ID in that case); otherwise a zero-length string. An admin sets this when specifying an explicit-path hop over a point-to-point link that doesn't carry a routable IP address.
