Description:
If mplsOutSegmentPushTopLabel is true then this represents the label that should be pushed onto the top of the outgoing packet's label stack.
What is mplsOutSegmentTopLabel?
This object specifies the MPLS label value that should be pushed onto the top of the outgoing packet's label stack when forwarding labeled packets at an MPLS Label Switching Router (LSR). If label pushing is disabled, this value is set to zero. An operator would configure this value to define the forwarding behavior for MPLS traffic and to establish label-switched paths through the network.
