Description: The desired operational status of this segment.
What is mplsOutSegmentAdminStatus?
This read-create object sets the manager's desired operational status, up, down, or testing, for an outgoing MPLS label segment (the transmit side of an LSP hop). An admin sets this to up(1) to activate a configured out-segment so labeled packets can be pushed onto it, or down(2) to take it administratively out of service. Setting this to down(2) on an out-segment being decommissioned stops the LSR from forwarding traffic onto that label switched path leg.
